HR Health Check

We love helping employers who want to check they have all the foundations of a good employment relationship in place and want to find opportunities to improve.

We can help you using our HR Health check:

• Working together we complete the Health Check Questionnaire to identify any gaps and opportunities
• We complete a review of your people records, these may be electronic or you may have paper folders. This allows us to check if your records are GDPR Compliant and we recommend improvements where required.
• We will provide a Health Check report that includes your areas of strengths, recommendations that ensure you are compliant and we identify areas of opportunity for you to develop as an employer.
• You can then decide what action you would like to take and we can provide additional HR Support where necessary.

• We won’t do any scaremongering, we will provide you with a clear report on where you are and are not compliant.
• We will highlight opportunities for improvement and let you decide what action you want to take next?
• We will show you what great HR looks like and how your people could benefit from it.
